BUSINESS MANAGER

Leanne has been an integral part of Galarneau Builders for over 25 years. She began her career straight out of school as an assistant to Ric Galarneau, supporting the Brookfields at Wilton development and assisting with real estate transactions for Maple Avenue Realty.

As Business Manager, Leanne ensures projects run seamlessly from start to finish. She works closely with clients to coordinate selections, manage progress payments and change orders, and serves as a trusted liaison to resolve any challenges along the way. She also partners with project managers in the field to keep timelines on track and ensure every project is completed successfully.

On the administrative side, Leanne oversees accounts payable and receivable, payroll, insurance, financial reporting, and budget tracking. Her expertise and dedication are key to keeping both individual projects and the business as a whole running efficiently and smoothly.
