Description: Galarneau Builders is seeking a dedicated and experienced construction supervisor for residential and/or light commercial construction sites. This role involves general supervisory duties, including overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to lead a team and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with various trades, scheduling, and managing the flow of work on the job site.
In addition to leadership qualities, candidates should have the ability to problem-solve, handle job site challenges, and ensure all work meets company standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this position. The supervisor will work 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday. A reference check will be required to verify experience and work ethic. Salary is negotiable based on experience, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package available after the completion of a waiting period.
